Our strategy is empowering every teammate to have great freedom in their work, whilst taking on the accountability which comes with it. You should be creative and innovative in your way of approaching problems, but be responsible for the outcomes and take ownership of the results, whether positive or negative.

We cannot operate under heavy micro-management, we are unable to work within tight processes and the fear of failure. It would be counter-productive to try to impose strict rules and processes around our work.
What we need is the freedom to do our work the way we want, with a common goal to achieve. This freedom fosters innovation and challenges the status quo. We are able to respond to changes both internally and from external stimuli faster.
Processes are usually in place to prevent errors from happening. But, the practices we apply to our software also apply across the organisation. It's better to break something and fix it quickly than stifle creativity by trying to prevent all errors from occurring.
